Open your ticket and confirm the event date, door time, seat or standing area, and ticket delivery instructions.

The owner permits bags no larger than 6.5 × 8.5 inches or clear plastic bags no larger than 12 × 12 × 6 inches. Clear backpacks, tinted/patterned bags and several other styles are prohibited; a size alone does not approve every bag type. Medical/diaper exceptions may be provided when items cannot fit a clear bag. Bags are searched. First-come bag check is listed at $10 per piece, subject to event availability; confirm current operation and event-specific restrictions.

Destination: BC Place, 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver, BC V6B 4Y8. Use the current gate time and add margin for downtown transit, security screening, and reaching the assigned stadium level. Stadium-Chinatown on the Expo Line and Yaletown-Roundhouse on the Canada Line provide different approaches; compare both with the return route. Prefer transit when practical or reserve a downtown lot. Limited nearby supply can be affected by simultaneous arena and district events.

The accessible entrance at Section 147 off Pacific Boulevard has a ramp and direct lift access to all floors; there is no parking there. Gates A/B/H via Terry Fox Plaza avoid entrance stairs, while C/D/E via Pacific Boulevard have stairs. Arrange appropriate wheelchair/companion seating and confirm your route. Limited wheelchairs and hosting-team seat assistance are available, but no wheelchair storage is provided; confirm duration. Free first-come sensory bags at Sections 234/446 require ID, and Guest Services can arrange the sensory room near Section 250. Selected-event ASL requests need at least four weeks through accessibility@bcpavco.com.

All BC Place purchases are cashless. The owner lists tap/mobile payment, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Guests with cash can visit the Level 2 Section 234 kiosk for a gift voucher with a QR code, usable at food/beverage concessions. This is a concession voucher, not a universally spendable prepaid bank card; confirm current operation and any non-concession purchase before travel. Empty personal water bottles, with or without lids, up to one liter may enter after gate inspection. Glass containers are prohibited. Permitted bottles can be filled at main-concourse fountains; outside beverages are otherwise prohibited, with possible medical/dietary exceptions. This does not establish permission for factory-sealed full water bottles. Event rules can change, so confirm your actual container and event.
