Public elevators prioritize guests with disabilities. The east-end pedestrian ramp reaches every level. Complimentary wheelchair escorts run from entries to seats and back; the chair and staff do not remain during the event. Arrange additional mobility assistance in advance.

Purchases inside the stadium require debit/credit cards or contactless payment such as Apple Pay; cash is not accepted. For Vikings games, one factory-sealed plastic water bottle up to 32oz OR one empty reusable bottle up to 32oz, without metal or glass, is permitted per guest. For other events, the guide lists one sealed 20oz plastic water bottle but also directs fans to event-specific rules. Medical exceptions apply. Hydration stations include Sections 103, 122, 215, 225, 312, 320, 333 and 349.
