Bags must fit beneath your seat and be no larger than 20 × 14 × 11 inches. Bags up to 5 × 9 × 2 inches are recommended for faster entry; larger bags, including medical/infant bags, undergo X-ray. No bag check or on-site storage lockers are available.

Destination: SAP Center at San Jose, 525 W Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95113. About 60–75 minutes early; parking lots typically open two hours before the event start. San Jose Diridon across the street serves Caltrain, ACE, Amtrak, VTA light rail, and buses. Verify the last departure for the specific service, especially on weekends. Use Diridon when the schedule works or reserve the on-site ABC lot; downtown garages add options but should be selected with the post-event route in mind.

SAP Center is near-cashless, using cards for most purchases. Reverse ATMs near the North and South entrances convert cash to prepaid cards. The Ticket Office still accepts cash. Empty reusable bottles are allowed, with refills near 117. Sharks hockey and family events allow reasonable personal amounts of outside food/non-alcoholic drinks. Other events, including concerts, WWE, NCAA and MMA, prohibit outside food/drinks including bottled water; confirm the exact event's rules.
