Backpacks, luggage, duffel bags and oversized purses are prohibited. Allowed bags may be searched, and individual tours can change the rules. Return rejected bags to your vehicle or another secure area before entry. Confirm exact measurements and medical/parenting arrangements with the arena before travel; do not assume a clear-bag requirement or bag storage.

Destination: Prospera Place, 1223 Water Street, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9V1. Prospera Place’s box office is at Gate 1 on the west side, marked by a bright green wall. Check your event for door times and the entrance assigned to your ticket. The October 2025 promoter guide includes a separate exterior plan for the main and south parking areas; it does not guarantee an available space. Its full-house, half-house and theatre diagrams are different concert examples, so match the stage position and section to your actual event rather than assuming every floor block will be used. The arena is on Water Street in downtown Kelowna near the waterfront and Queensway transit area. Build the trip in the current Kelowna Regional Transit planner and check service alerts because downtown events can temporarily affect Water Street stops and the Queensway exchange. The arena lot currently charges a $20 event rate, accepts entries from Water Street or Cawston Street, and has no in-and-out privileges. If it is full, use the City of Kelowna downtown parking map to choose a parkade or lot rather than searching residential streets.

Accessible seating can include one attendant/companion ticket, subject to availability; call Select Your Tickets at 250-763-9095 before purchase. The owner recommends west-side Gate 1 for accessible drop-off/pick-up and identifies elevators near Gate 3, the media/suite entrance and Manhattan Point. Confirm which elevator and entrance your ticket uses. Guest Services is near Gate 1; contact info@prosperaplace.com in advance about hearing, mobility or other accommodations.

The guide’s Cashless section lists debit, credit, gift cards and mobile tap, but its Concessions paragraph says debit cards are not accepted. Because these statements conflict, bring a supported credit card and confirm current debit acceptance with the venue. Do not rely on cash or an unverified cash-conversion service. Plastic/metal bottles, cans, containers and outside food/drinks are prohibited. For a specific food or beverage needed because of allergies or medical conditions, contact Guest Services at 250-979-0888 before the event about an exception. No general empty-bottle allowance or fountain locations are established.
