Bags & entry

Peacock’s A–Z CONFLICTS: several sections allow bags SMALLER THAN 14 × 14 × 6 inches and ban backpacks, but Coat Check says bags/purses of ANY SIZE are not permitted. Do not rely on either as a settled ordinary-bag rule. Contact Guest Services for your actual event, medical/infant supplies and exact-boundary sizes; no bag storage is provided.

Backpacks are prohibited and event bag rules can vary. The venue’s bag/accessibility guidance specifies bags smaller than 14 × 14 × 6 inches, with medical or parental needs handled by Guest Services; confirm the actual event rule before traveling and do not rely on coat or luggage storage.

Compare the size with the bag category above; security also applies the listed material and style restrictions.

When to arrive

Plan on about 60 minutes before showtime and verify the actual event’s doors. For GA PIT tickets, the operator directs guests to the South Doors at Chick Hearn Court and Georgia Street; ordinary or VIP tickets may use other entries. Add time for security, will call or an accessible route, and confirm that the event uses this GA entrance.

Transit & the journey home

Compare current Metro service to Pico or 7th Street/Metro Center with L.A. LIVE parking, and confirm the last useful return. The venue names rideshare white zones eastbound on Chick Hearn Court between L.A. Live Way and Georgia Street and southbound on Figueroa between 12th Street and Pico. Follow current signs and street closures; drivers cannot stop anywhere around the theater.

Confirm return service and last departures for your event’s finish time.

Parking At A Glance

Avoid
Use the actual event’s L.A. LIVE parking directions and current marked rideshare zones, especially when Crypto.com Arena also has an event. A seat map or the theater’s street address does not establish a legal curbside pickup, a reserved garage space or complimentary parking.

A seated pit illustration does not guarantee chairs for your show: the operator also runs standing general-admission pit events. Match the actual event, ticketed level and accessible allocation before purchase. No availability or price is implied.

The experience

  • Best for: Theater-scale productions with the actual pit, orchestra, loge or mezzanine ticket chosen first. A GA pit can be standing with no chairs even though the general chart depicts a seated pit. Accessible allocations exist on all levels; request the appropriate ticket and route, since elevators serving the lobbies do not make every chair free of stairs.
  • Watch out for: Backpacks are prohibited and event bag rules can vary. The venue’s bag/accessibility guidance specifies bags smaller than 14 × 14 × 6 inches, with medical or parental needs handled by Guest Services; confirm the actual event rule before traveling and do not rely on coat or luggage storage. The venue is cashless with cash-to-card kiosks, and there is no re-entry. Use the actual AXS app ticket: electronic or printed screenshots are not accepted.
