Four corner ramps connect to the upper levels. ADA drop-off is at South Charles Street and Occidental Avenue South, approached from First Avenue South. Wheelchair escorts run between gates and seats, but guests need their own mobility device for movement during the event.

The venue is cashless. Fee-free cash-to-card conversion accepts $1–$500 at Olympic Hall by Section 131 and the Main Concourse by Section 103. Converted prepaid cards cannot be used at Amazon Just Walk Out locations; bring another accepted cashless method for those stands. Outside beverages are prohibited except clear plastic factory-sealed plain water, baby bottles, medical needs and unopened soft single-serve juice boxes. Enhanced, flavored and carbonated water are excluded. Suites prohibit outside food/drink. This guide does not establish empty reusable-bottle permission or a water-bottle size limit.
