Wheelchair and low-mobility seating is sold on all levels; semi-ambulatory seats still involve 1–3 steps. Use the accessible ticket filter and your ticket’s entrance. Atrium doors are accessible; Entry 1 and Entry 8 have designated lanes. All elevators reach Main, Suite and Event levels, but P8 does not reach the Upper Concourse.

The arena is cashless, accepting major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A cash-to-card machine is near Main Concourse Section 04 outside the southeast elevators. Empty non-glass reusable water bottles up to 32oz are permitted. Some events prohibit personal bottles on the floor; check your exact event and floor ticket before packing.
