Arrive
Canisius’ February 2026 ticket instructions place the ticket office in the Koessler lobby and say it opens 90 minutes before tip-off on game day. That is a box-office time, not independently a verified arena-door time. Confirm your game’s current opening, then allow time for campus parking, screening and ticket scanning.

It still links the displayed 2017-source basketball diagram. Need to Know

Best for
Koessler Athletic Center is Canisius’ on-campus basketball and volleyball venue. The official facility description lists 2,196 seats, including the chairbacks added in its 2002 renovation. Compare the actual basketball diagram and fan gallery; the pool, Demske fields, Harborcenter and KeyBank Center are different spaces or venues.
Watch out for
Confirm current bag dimensions, medical or childcare items, outside food, re-entry and arena doors with 716-888-8499 before travelling. Those details were not established by the current ticket page. Another arena’s clear-bag policy or a generic ticket-marketplace FAQ is not a Koessler rule.

Main transit note

Parking At A Glance

What to do
Arrange the accessible drop-off, step-free entrance, wheelchair position and companion seat before buying. The diagram marks accessible positions, but it does not independently verify a complete lot-to-seat route or current availability.
Best option
Canisius’ Koessler/Demske directions approach via Main Street, turn onto Delavan Avenue and enter the adjacent lot. Confirm the active spectator lot, any fee and accessible parking for your game with 716-888-8499.
Avoid
The downtown parking prices and streets on the multi-venue directions page describe KeyBank Center or Harborcenter, not Koessler. Temporary overflow lots named for a particular gymnastics or softball weekend are not a standing basketball parking guarantee.
