Entry-to-seating wheelchair assistance is first-come on arrival. Ask a staff member or visit Guest Services outside 112 on the Main Concourse or 212 on the Upper Concourse.

Concessions are cash-free, with free cash-to-card conversion. The guide lists conflicting kiosk counts and locations; section 23 appears in both lists. Ask staff for the current machines rather than relying on either complete list. Drinking fountains are on all levels. Outside food/drinks and glass/metal containers are prohibited; medical needs require Guest Services arrangements. Baby bags, plastic baby bottles and formula are listed exceptions. Empty personal-water-bottle permission is not established.
