Getting thereArrival timing, parking, transit and getting home
Localtime

When to arrive

Avenir Centre’s box office is at Gate 2, 150 Canada Street. Its opening hours are separate from arena door times; check your event before travelling. The Wildcats’ 2026–27 guide reserves Gate 4 for season-seat members, so do not assume an ordinary ticket includes that entrance. Open your Ticketmaster barcode before reaching security. The team’s refreshed 2026–27 hockey chart separates Centre Premium, Centre Zone, End Zone and Club Seats. Compare your ticket with that chart rather than older zone colors; concert stages and floors differ.

Transit & the journey home

Codiac Transpo serves downtown Moncton; check the event-night return and any regional connection before relying on transit.

Confirm return service and last departures for your event’s finish time.

Arrival & transportation

Gate 1 is the main entrance; Gate 3 serves club access, Gate 4 season-ticket holders, and Gate 6 suites. All four are accessible.

Seat & section strategy

Wildcats hockey and concert end-stage layouts use the floor and bowl differently; wheelchair inventory and companion seats should be selected in the active ticket map.

03

Positive

Event-day character

The newer downtown arena keeps Wildcats hockey and regional tours within walking distance of Moncton's core rather than at a peripheral highway site.

Inside the venuePayment, water and the atmosphere

The experience

  • Best for: Moncton Wildcats hockey and touring shows in a newer central-city arena
  • Watch out for: Avenir Centre limits bags to 14 × 14 × 6 inches and searches admitted bags; large backpacks are not permitted. Medically necessary items receive inspection, and the venue cannot store oversized bags or prohibited items. There is no re-entry except possible medical or emergency exceptions. Outside food and drink, bottles and cans are prohibited, with special medical dietary exceptions. Concessions accept credit and debit. Suite 315 and Box Suite 408 photographs show premium spaces that require the correct booking; they do not establish the view from a standard seat.

Newer downtown arena

  • ✓All four principal ticketed entrances are accessible.
  • ✓The downtown site works with Codiac Transpo and nearby restaurants or hotels.
  • ✓A dedicated club, season-ticket, and suite gate system separates premium queues from Gate 1.

Bag and regional parking limits

  • ×Bags above 14 by 14 by 6 inches are rejected and there is no storage service.
  • ×Regional-event traffic can concentrate in the downtown parking supply.
  • ×Hockey and concert layouts require separate seat-map checks, especially around the floor and stage end.
