Need to Know

Best for
Use Cleveland State’s actual 2026–27 men’s basketball chart for the lower-bowl horseshoe and courtside positions. Its price legend describes season tickets. Check the location on your game ticket: some Cleveland State games use Woodling Gymnasium, which has a different seating layout. Confirm accessible seats and child admission with 216-687-4848.
Watch out for
Wolstein searches bags and prohibits outside food or drink, bottles, cans and bookbags. A clutch up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches is listed, with medical or childcare bags cleared through security. Official pages disagree on larger bag dimensions; confirm your event’s allowance with 216-687-9292 before bringing one.
Good arrival window
Use 2000 Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115 for Wolstein Center. The university’s Euclid Avenue mailing address is a different arrival point. Allow time for downtown traffic, parking, the walk and screening, then use the entrance and door time stated for your actual game or show.

What to do
Accessible parking is listed on the north access drive off Prospect Avenue for vehicles with the appropriate state-issued credential; confirm availability and the complete entrance-to-seat route through 216-687-9292. The northeast box office is at Prospect and East 21st beside the Medical Mutual Entrance. It opens one hour before gates on event days; will call is listed two hours before the event. These are service times, so check the actual arena doors separately.
Best option
The arena recommends CSU’s South Garage on East 21st Street between Carnegie and Prospect. Special-event rates are posted; confirm your event’s price and garage hours before travelling. Nearby private lots set their own rates.
Avoid
There is no street parking on East 21st Street. Nearby meters have time restrictions, and weather or event controls can remove on-street options. Do not assume a private lot uses CSU’s event rate.
