The Eastern has accessible entrances at 777 Memorial Drive and the lower box office at 800 Old Flat Shoals Road, plus elevator access to every level. Buy marked ADA inventory through AXS; most shows reserve access areas on the FLOOR and UPPER MEZZANINE. The main elevator is on the north side near the main entrance. Payment
The Eastern’s BOX OFFICE accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay and does not accept cash. Confirm bar/merchandise payment methods and any cash conversion separately.
Water & drinks
The Eastern prohibits ordinary outside food/beverages and beverage containers including water bottles, thermoses, cans and glass. Coordinate necessary medical/infant liquids; no ordinary sealed-water or empty-bottle exception is stated.

- Best for: Mid-size national tours in a purpose-built room with multiple viewing levels
- Watch out for: Most Eastern shows are general admission standing, though some sell seated tickets. The mezzanine upgrade does not include a seat for general-admission shows. Quick Pass and individual suite-seat add-ons require a separate admission ticket; Quick Pass does not guarantee first entry. Check the event’s age and seating rules.
