Accessible seating is on all levels, including Lofts and field boxes. Elevators near the five entrances reach every level; accessible platforms have a power outlet for mobility/medical equipment. Courtesy carts serve specified team parking areas to the nearest entrance, with no cart service inside.

The stadium is cashless. Cash-to-card machines are at Sections 104, 123 and 416; Flight Deck guests can ask about the machine at the Offices entrance next to the box office. One factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL/16.9oz bottle of plain water is allowed; sports drinks and flavored water are excluded. General beverage containers are prohibited. Unopened infant bottles/formula accompanying a child under two and special medical/dietary items have separate rules; arrange medical needs before game day.
