The A–Z’s small-bag entry instructions permit bags up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches and screened diaper/medically necessary bags through Yellow bag-inspection doors where implemented. Other sections retain broader bag/storage prohibitions and mention a future storage change without a clear year. Confirm your actual event’s entrance and storage arrangements; do not rely on bag check. Green express lanes are for guests without bags.

For games, doors normally open 90 minutes before the Flames and 60 minutes before the Wranglers, Hitmen, and Roughnecks. Concert doors are generally one hour before the event unless the event page says otherwise; add margin for construction detours and magnetometer screening. Current venue guidance also lists bus routes 10, 17, 24, 69, and 300, but construction can affect both station and pedestrian access, so check Calgary Transit service updates and the live district access map before departure. The venue strongly recommends CTrain or off-site downtown parking for anyone without a Saddledome permit. Its current getting-here page lists Platform Parkade and the Remington lot from the north, and Stampede lots via 25 Avenue SE from the south; use the live access map because roads and inventory are changing.

Barrier-free entrances are on the west and north sides, with elevators at the West Entrance and TELUS Club Lobby. The owner says there is no public elevator to the event floor, so arrange accessible/companion seating and your route before purchase. The Saddledome is cashless. Concessions, retail locations and 50/50 sellers accept supported cashless payments; the guide lists debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift cards. Bring a supported method before arrival and confirm your purchase’s options; no cash-conversion location or terms are established. Outside food/drinks and bottles/cans are prohibited. Drinking fountains are on the main concourse; the A–Z says there are none on the TELUS Club level.
