Rogers Place has Ford Hall access from ICE Plaza and north entry from MacEwan LRT Station along 105 Avenue. The current guide places vehicle-for-hire pickup and drop-off on 102 Street north of 105 Avenue, taxis at the southwest corner of 104 Street and 104 Avenue, and DATS/accessibility drop-off on the north side of 104 Avenue in front of the arena. Use the separate main-concourse, mezzanine, suites, loge and upper-concourse plans to find the right elevators and services.
MacEwan LRT Station is beside the arena's North Entry on 105 Avenue. The downtown network also places Churchill, Central, Bay/Enterprise Square, and Corona stations within walking distance, with more than 40 nearby bus routes.

The owner says the event floor is not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise specified. Radio-frequency listening assistance is available through Fan Services behind sections 121 and 230. Sensory kits are at 121, 129 and 230 with ID left until return. Free wheelchair escorts run to/from seats on arena property; they do not provide personal care or a chair for the whole event.

PositiveOilers hockey uses the full 18,347-seat arena, while concerts can close portions of the bowl or use theatre, three-quarter, and end-stage layouts. Ford Hall and ICE District create a substantial pre-event gathering zone before the seating bowl opens.
The owner’s Food & Beverage guide explicitly lists cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay at permanent and portable concession stands. Confirm the options for merchandise or other purchases separately. Bank machines are listed throughout the arena; no cash-to-card conversion service or terms are established.
