Bags & entry
For Blue Jays games, soft-sided bags—including diaper/medical bags and small purses/knapsacks—may be no larger than 16 × 16 × 8 inches and must fit inspection bins without adjustment. Hard-sided coolers/containers are prohibited. All bags are inspected; no bag storage is available. Concert and other-event rules can differ, so use your event’s instructions. No general clear-bag requirement is established for baseball.

Accessibility
Gate 7 on Bremner Boulevard is the designated accessible entrance, with lifts also at Gates 3, 9 and 13. Arrange accessible/companion tickets before purchase and contact Fan Services at 416-341-1000 at least one business day before travel for assistance. Wheelchair escorts to seats are available, but wheelchair rentals are not. Sensory bags can be borrowed at Fan Services, quiet areas are at the Gate 3 lift lobbies on Levels 100/200, and a sensory room is behind Fan Services at Section 212. Concert ASL requests need at least 30 days; the guide explicitly says ASL interpreters are not offered for Blue Jays games. Confirm your exact seat and communication needs.

Payment
Rogers Centre is cashless. Reverse ATMs convert cash to prepaid Visa cards at Jays Shop Section 110, Section 141, Sections 212/236 and Sections 508/532; ordinary ATMs are no longer available. Confirm current kiosk operation and your event’s purchase arrangements. These conversion locations do not establish a particular mobile-wallet or international-card guarantee.
Water & drinks
For Blue Jays games, plastic bottles or cans of nonalcoholic beverages holding 600 mL or less may enter; staff ask guests to remove bottle tops or open cans. Metal/glass bottles and larger plastic containers are prohibited. The heat guidance recommends a reusable bottle under 600 mL made from non-glass/non-metal material; confirm an exact-boundary reusable bottle. Refill fountains are on each level. Outside food must be wrapped/bagged in a small soft-sided container complying with bag rules. Concert rules can differ.
