The championship started on the normal fifth hole, so these hole numbers differ from ordinary Course No. 3 play. Lettered hospitality areas are not individual seats. These dated event services are not current club parking, accessible-space reservations or future-event access guarantees. An invited Medinah Course No. 3 round or separately credentialed championship. Course No. 3 reopened after OCM’s 2024 rebuild; Courses No. 1, No. 2, the short course and putting course are different layouts.

The September 2026 Presidents Cup reordered the course, starting on the ordinary fifth hole. Its map is not the normal club hole sequence.
