Accessible and companion seats are sold throughout the stadium. For 49ers games, accessible exchanges must be arranged electronically during the preceding week when inventory exists; no same-day exchanges. Other events allow same-day requests subject to availability. Public elevators are at Gates A, C and F; premium routes depend on tickets.

The stadium is cashless. Cash-to-card kiosks are at C117, 130 and 308 with a $500-per-transaction limit. Standard ATMs are not available.
