Best for
Kimmel Arena is UNC Asheville’s basketball venue in the Sherrill Center. The official facility page lists approximately 3,200 for games and up to 3,800 for concerts or other events. Parking At A Glance

What to do
ADA parking is described in Lot P9 on a first-come basis with a valid state placard and its holder in the vehicle. Because current P09 club restrictions also apply, confirm the accessible parking route with Athletics Operations at 828-251-6930 before travel. Accessible seating is on the concourse; guests must provide their own wheelchair.
Best option
Basketball game-day parking permits are required around Kimmel Arena. UNC Asheville says campus visitors must pay for parking and register their vehicles; buy the event permit online ahead of time or follow the lot signage on arrival. Public campus lots outside the P09 deck serve general game-day parking.
Avoid
The current ticket page reserves the P09 deck for qualifying Bulldog Club members displaying the special hang tag, superseding older FAQ advice to pay there when spaces remain. Do not assume a general permit grants deck or hospitality access.
