When to arrive
Use the door time printed on the mobile ticket. Arrive at doors when floor position matters; the box office opens one hour before doors, while final set times are normally posted on show day.
Transit & the journey home
The 501 Queen streetcar stops at Queen and Coxwell, immediately west of the venue; the 22 Coxwell bus connects the same area with Line 2 at Coxwell Station. Check TTC advisories for the late trip home.
Confirm return service and last departures for your event’s finish time.

- Best for: Fans choosing between an energetic general-admission floor and a reserved mezzanine seat in a room substantially smaller than Toronto's arenas.
- Watch out for: Floor, mezzanine reserved, and mezzanine general-admission tickets are separate zones: the venue does not allow movement between them, and a floor ticket may mean standing for the full show.
