Need to Know

Best for
The university’s actual seating diagram shows a stage-event layout with floor areas and numbered bowl sections. It is low resolution and does not establish the basketball configuration or individual seats. Compare the confirmed home-court photographs, then request the current basketball layout and accessible inventory from 773-995-2296.
Watch out for
Confirm basketball bag dimensions, medical or childcare items, outside food, re-entry, child admission and door time with gocsutix@csu.edu or 773-995-2296. The current ticket pages mix in SeatGeek football instructions; those football rules and the unavailable football bag guide do not establish Jones Center basketball policies.
