When to arrive
Reach the theatre 45–60 minutes before curtain if you need the Victoria Street lift, coat-check assistance, or time to navigate the multi-level lobby; otherwise allow at least 30 minutes for entry and finding the correct level.
Transit & the journey home
Use Dundas Station on Line 1 and walk just south to the theatre. Ticket holders can enter from Yonge Street or from the main entrance and box office at 244 Victoria Street; use Victoria Street for the wheelchair lift to the main lobby and Orchestra level.
Confirm return service and last departures for your event’s finish time.

- Dundas Station for the simplest arrival; if driving, navigate directly to a selected Victoria Street or Eaton Centre-area garage

CAA Ed Mirvish’s accessible seats are ORCHESTRA LEVEL. Reach its main lobby/services via the VICTORIA STREET elevator/wheelchair lift; other portions require stairs. Arrange the exact seat/companion and route with Mirvish at 1-800-461-3333. Free listening headsets are limited, first come with photo ID/subscriber-card deposit; reservations are offered up to 48 hours ahead at assistedlistening@mirvish.com. Access 2 support-person arrangements and GalaPro/access performances vary by show. Other Mirvish theaters have different elevator routes.

The public-facing address can be confusing: the Yonge Street entrance is at 263 Yonge, while the main entrance and box office are behind the building at 244 Victoria. The Victoria entrance has the lift to the Orchestra level.

There are two seating levels, Orchestra and Mezzanine. The Orchestra is reached from the main lobby and contains the accessible seating; the Mezzanine is upstairs and requires stair use, so price and elevated sightline are not the only tradeoffs.

This is a historic proscenium theatre rather than a flat-floor event room. Its renovated auditorium can use roughly 1,600- or 2,000-seat configurations, and both levels have concessions, while the coat check is on the Mezzanine level.

Mirvish gift cards/certificates can buy Mirvish-sold event TICKETS by phone, online or at its box office; phone/online service charges may apply. Account credit can also pay for tickets, subscriptions or gift cards. This does not establish ordinary cash/debit/wallet or concession acceptance; confirm those separately.
Water & drinks
Mirvish prohibits ordinary outside food/drinks in its theatres. No ordinary sealed-water or empty-bottle exception is stated in its FAQ. Confirm necessary medical/infant liquids and your actual Ed Mirvish production.
The experience
- Best for: Large touring musicals and plays in an ornate 1920 theatre, with a downtown location just south of Dundas Station.
- Watch out for: The mezzanine requires stairs: the historic building has no internal elevator or escalator. Guests who need step-free access should book Orchestra-level accessible seating and enter at 244 Victoria Street.
