What to do
Use the 800-plus free on-site spaces or the 300-plus-space Park Street lot. Placard spaces sit directly at the main entrance; transit stops require a short final walk.
Best option
The free main lot, with the entrance-adjacent accessible spaces when eligible, or Park Street overflow for an easier outbound position
Avoid
Do not assume the last available space is near the main entrance during a sold-out regional event or use a hockey seating diagram for a concert floor.

Inside the Venue At A Glance

01

Mixed

Arrival & transportation

The main entrance is closest to accessible parking. Wheelchair seating changes with stage placement, and concert staff may remove a last-row aisle chair when the approved layout permits it.

02

Mixed

Seat & section strategy

The Islanders hockey bowl and concert floor are different products. Accessible positions vary by event and stage, so buyers should arrange them through the box office rather than infer from the rink map.

03

Positive

Event-day character

The arena's free parking and compact Charlottetown scale make regional hockey and family events unusually straightforward when exhibition-ground overlap is low.
