Need to Know

Best for
Chiefs baseball when the clear bag, downtown parking fallback, ticket time, and Jefferson Avenue approach are checked before reaching central Peoria
Watch out for
Dozer Park’s dedicated policy permits clear plastic/vinyl/PVC totes, one-gallon clear resealable storage bags and clutches no larger than 4.5 × 6.5 inches. Diaper bags are allowed with a baby aged three or younger, and necessary medical bags are subject to search. Backpacks, binocular cases, briefcases, cinch/computer bags, coolers and luggage are prohibited. The reviewed text does not specify a clear-tote dimension, so confirm an unusual bag directly. Searches may continue inside the park; check actual event food, water and return rules before leaving or packing exceptions.

Downtown inventory without a current team-published game-day parking plan

What to do
Review the City of Peoria's current downtown parking map and choose a legal garage, lot, or street space before departure. The current Chiefs ballpark page does not publish a universal fee or guarantee a team-controlled public space.
Best option
Use the City parking map as a location aid and keep the final walking route to 730 SW Jefferson Avenue saved. For a date with road work or a special event, check a current city alert before leaving.
Avoid
Do not infer a free lot, on-site capacity, or current event price from an old media guide or a one-off concert notice.

Inside the Venue At A Glance

01

Mixed

Clear bag or 4.5-by-6.5 clutch

The public ballpark page supplies the downtown driving approach, while the clear-bag page controls the entry loadout. The active ticket or game notice must supply the gate time.

02

Mixed

Gate time is event-specific

The club sells party decks, concourse areas, picnic areas, and eight suites with ticket-specific access. A current total fixed capacity was not established from the reviewed live pages, so FanProof does not publish the older media-guide figure.

03

Positive

Save a downtown parking fallback

Dozer Park security may inspect a bag even after entry. Camera bags are listed as approved, while binocular cases are prohibited and binoculars must be carried without the case.
