Accessible seats are in multiple areas. Event-day exchanges at Guest Services depend on availability. Limited wheelchair transport to/from seats is available through staff or 801-325-2198 from doors until the event ends. A 300 West drop-off location may not be usable for pickup afterward.

Arena purchases are cash-free, accepting credit, debit, prepaid cards and mobile wallets. Five cash-to-card machines are listed. Surrounding parking has separate payment rules; the guide says most lots no longer accept cash, not all.
