Centre Vidéotron identifies the west entrance for accessible parking arrival and Door 9 near the west entrance for STAC adapted transport. Taxi pickup is in parking area P4, east of the building in front of the Colisée. Save your Ticketmaster tickets to the app or phone wallet before arriving: screenshots, photographs and printouts are not accepted. A barcode may remain hidden until 72 hours before the event. The separate entrance-hall and ExpoCité exterior plans help you find the correct approach before consulting your seating level.
RTC Métrobus routes 801 and 802 serve ExpoCité regularly. Event shuttles 405, 410, 430, and 450 depart once from Downtown, Lebourgneuf, Charlesbourg, and Beauport respectively; confirm the exact outbound and return details before relying on one.

Reserve accessible/companion tickets in advance and confirm the actual event’s route. Wheelchairs are loaned free, subject to limited availability, with ID held until return to the same location; they cannot be reserved. Ask the lobby or suite-entry counter staff for assistance and confirm any hearing/interpretation needs ahead.

PositiveThe main and upper bowls create a clear distance tradeoff, while ADG concerts turn the floor into first-come standing space. The building is generally kept near 20°C, but seats closer to the ice can feel cooler during hockey and ice shows.
Inside the Videotron Centre, payments are cashless using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit cards. ExpoCité parking is separate: the venue FAQ says attendants take cash or cards, while bus parking requires cash. Confirm current event parking terms and bring the appropriate method rather than assuming the arena’s cashless rule covers every lot.
The rules prohibit outside food/drinks and all types of water bottles, including hard plastic, metal and glass containers. Food-allergy exceptions may be granted; arrange needs in advance. Drinking fountains are listed on the main concourse, including behind sections 106, 109 and 118, and on the upper concourse. Do not assume an empty-bottle exception; check your event’s current instructions.
