Accessible seating is offered with one companion alongside; additional companions may need nearby seats, subject to availability. Both need tickets, and the venue does not participate in Access 2. Most arena transactions are cashless, using debit/credit cards and mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Wallet. The box office and London Knights Armoury continue to accept cash. The box office accepts Canadian polymer banknotes only, not older paper notes or US currency. Bring a supported payment method for concessions; the owner does not establish cash conversion. Mugs and reusable water bottles are generally prohibited. The policy expressly allows clear, empty water bottles for London Knights games only; do not apply that exception to concerts or other events.
