Planning Signals At A Glance

01

Positive

Downtown setting & atmosphere

The central Broadway location and energetic Predators presentation are core strengths. Food halls, restaurants, and bars immediately around the building make pre-event planning flexible.

02

Positive

Sightlines & seating

Hockey sightlines can remain clear from upper levels, but some seating areas are tight. Concert views remain dependent on the stage configuration.

03

Mixed

Parking & circulation

Several garages and the event-dependent Lot R option are workable, but price and slow exits remain planning tradeoffs. The Broadway 2030 project is intended to improve circulation, so routes and entrances should be rechecked as work advances.
